Striving to provide the right bundle of benefits at the right price, Kraft Foods Inc. commissioned BrandClarity to administer an in-depth category study of Oscar Mayer’s prepackaged meat products. While in-store, our in-house Research Team focused on the shopping patterns, shopper demographics, purchases, preplanning, purchasing frequency by product type, response to promotions and merchandising, item and brand choice, as well as non-purchasing consumers. Based on research observations and interviews, BrandClarity was able to offer Kraft current market statistics along with suggestions on how to make Oscar Mayer prepackaged meats more profitable.
